Seminars and presentations are an important part of the Mat-Su Outdoorsman Show. Presenting a seminar allows you to share your expertise with a focused audience in a tranquil setting. It also provides a great opportunity for you to develop new customer relationships.
Two classrooms are available, free for your use as a Mat-Su Outdoorsman Show Vendor. Rooms are scheduled in 1-hour blocks. Each seats 20-30 people, and you will have access to an LCD projector if you wish to include a PowerPoint, slideshow, or video as part of your presentation. Plan on finishing your presentation 15 minutes before the hour to allow yourself time to clear the room, and to allow time for the next presenter to prepare the room for their seminar.
Complete the form below to request a classroom for one or more seminars during the Outdoorsman Show. Reservations are scheduled on a first come/first serve basis. Be sure to check the schedule below to make sure your desired time slot is available. If you have photos or logos you would like us to use when promoting your seminar, you may upload them directly to matt@matsuevents.com. We will confirm your scheduled time(s) by email.
