New in 2026, we are excited to announce that we are partnering with the Alaska Department of Fish and Game and the William Jack Hernandez Fish Hatchery to include a kid’s trout fishing pond at the Mat-Su Outdoorsman Show!

Children under 15 will enjoy the thrill of being able to catch and keep (or release) fish during their visit to the show. The pond will be located outside, near the popular food trucks, boats, and camper displays.
